No matter what angle you check it out from, this cute little country home is brimming with charm. Located on a farm in Iverness, a small town on the Northern California coastline, it retains all the country charm while incorporating some modern building materials to ensure it remains a fixture of the property for years to come. The design comes courtesy of Richardson Architects, and they built it using non-corrosive materials designed to withstand a lot of wear and tear. It was also built with family in mind, and you’ll notice things like the wrap-around porch, large chalkboard, and plenty of room for sitting and relaxing.
The interior design carries that charm with it, bringing vibrant red and yellow hues to add some life to the white walls and ceiling. Wide spaced board and batten style walls and exposed beams on the ceiling further add to the character inside the bedroom.
Not a bad place to enjoy an Arnold Palmer on a sunny afternoon, eh?
