Everybody who sees it seems to agree that SimBLISSity’s Stone Cottage is stunning, inside and out. The lightweight synthetic faux rock cladding looks absolutely authentic when the house is parked underneath the Colorado pines and almost unbelievable when seen rolling down the road. The interior is just as beautiful, with top-end woodwork throughout, ship’s ladder stairs, a large gas fireplace fronting a generous U-shaped couch at the rear, long granite countertops in the kitchen, marble tiles in the bathroom.

So far, so great! But when the price gets mentioned, opinions diverge. One side feels that the Stone Cottage is gorgeous, well-built and hey – you pay for quality. On the other side there are folks who point out the lack of storage space, tiny sink and stove, and absence of appliances such as refrigerator/freezer and washer/dryer. They conclude that it’s way overpriced for a place you might have trouble living in full-time. Regardless of the price, there’s no doubt that SimBLISSity knows how to craft a pretty sweet little home. So what’s your take – would you pay $110,000 for this?
