Here’s a nicely put together and very complete Tumbleweed-based THOW in Colorado. The 200-square-foot design has been modified to include dormers and two lofts, and is traveling on a 20-foot PJ Trailers model. It has a pleasingly simple look, with cedar siding and a standing seam metal roof outside and dark bamboo flooring under yellow-and-white bead board paneling in the cozy interior. It’s also loaded: Jeld-Wen double-paned windows, a Jøtul F 602 woodstove, a composting toilet, a rainwater collection systems, sheep’s wool insulation, four solar panels to charge eight Trojan J305P-AC 6V 330Ah flooded lead acid deep cycle batteries – even a brand-new memory foam mattress.
