Tiny Heirloom is still a young company, but they’ve been building tiny houses at a steady clip since they got started a couple of years ago. This is the latest – at least until their Emerald is completed in November – and while it looks just fine from outside you’re not really reminded of Tiny Heirloom’s market niche until you see the interior. That’s right, this is the Portland, Oregon, group that’s bringing luxury to the tiny house movement, and one glance down the length of the house is all you need to understand how well they do it.

Granite countertops, hardwood flooring, high-end stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and a claw-foot bathtub make it easy to want to live here – or at least easy to envy anyone who can afford to drop $79,000+ on a tiny house. Although it’s a choice that many won’t find economically viable, it does seem to have struck a chord; Tiny Heirloom has no apparent shortage of clients, and HGTV is even planning a Tiny Luxury reality show based on their business. (If you’re fortunate enough to be in a position to buy one of these, you may also have a chance to appear on the series.)
